At Member Benefits, Incorporated, we help non-profits increase local financial support with MemberCard-based member benefits programs.

Each MemberCard Program is built upon a local network of like-minded merchants, restaurants, non-profits and individual contributors. These constituencies are brought together by their mutual interest in the local community and by the "win/win" relationships we establish on behalf of our clients:

  • The non-profits we serve provide MemberCards to qualified contributors as a benefit of membership. In most communities, the cards are accepted at hundreds of local venues, rewarding contributors with exclusive 2-for-1 savings.


  • Participating merchants, restaurants and non-profit venues are rewarded with more traffic from highly qualified new customers and supporters.


  • Our non-profit clients are rewarded with additional net revenue as more members join and renew at higher levels to receive the MemberCard benefits.

MBI's main office is located on the New Hampshire seacoast in Newmarket, NH. Benefit research, customer service, administration and production departments are located in this facility. In-house production includes on-demand printing of benefit directories, card embossing and card graphics.

Account executives for benefit recruitment and their sales manager operate remotely from offices in Georgia. The Vice President for National Sales is located in our Milwaukee office.

Founded in 1990 by Jonathan Sack and Mel Richey, MBI proudly serves more than 170 public broadcasting stations and other non-profits. Nearly 12,000 dining, lodging, performance, museum and golf venues currently accept the MemberCard by welcoming members with exclusive savings and benefits.
