1. Click the icon below or search for "MemberCard" in the App Store or Google Play on your smartphone or tablet to download.

    

  2. Create an account by entering the activation code found on your MemberCard or select "Sign-up Later." Please note, an account is required to take advantage of mobile redemption.

   

  3. Search available offers by merchant name, distance or filter for specific benefit types such as dining.

  4. When you are ready to redeem an offer, select the location and click "REDEEM." You will be prompted to confirm you are in the establishment and you have notified a staff member prior to redeeming.

  5. All offers may be used one-time and will be marked as "USED" once redeemed.


  HOW DO I FIND THE MEMBERCARD APP?
You can find the mobile app in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, by searching MemberCard (all one word). Our app is one of the first to display and appears with the logo below. If you are installing this on an iPad, you will need to search for the app by filtering "for iPhone only."




  HOW DO I RECEIVE AN ACTIVATION CODE?
Activation codes are unique alphanumberic codes. If your MemberCard shows only numbers, please visit http://membercard.com/requestcode to request a code.


  WHY DOES THE APP SAY MY ACTIVATION CODE IS NOT VALID?
Activation codes are alphanumeric. If the code you are entering only consists of numbers, please visit http://membercard.com/requestcode to request a code.


  HOW CAN I TELL IF MY CODE CONSISTS OF THE LETTER "I" OR NUMBER "1"?
We understand it can sometimes be difficult to differentiate the letter "i" from the number "1" on your card. You may want to try both if you are having trouble logging into the app or feel free to contact us for a new code.


  WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT EXPIRE?
Your ability to redeem benefits within the app will expire at the same time as your MemberCard. To renew, please contact your local station for a new card and activation code.


  DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ONLINE REWARDS ACCOUNT BEFORE LOGGING INTO THE APP?
Online Rewards and the Mobile App are separate and you do not need to create an Online Rewards account to access the app.
