Using the MemberCard FAQ

  • 1. Are all of the restaurants 2-for-1 and how does that work?
Generally, when you order two or more main courses or menu items, the least expensive item will be deducted from your check total. If the offer includes a “value to” amount in the offer, only that amount noted will be deducted from your total. Simply present your MemberCard when paying the bill to receive your discount. The restaurant will mark out its assigned number on the back of your card or directory. Please remember to base your tip on the check total before discount, and thank the business for participating on the MemberCard program.
  • 2. How do I use the MemberCard for non-dining benefits?
For non-dining benefits, notify the business upon making your reservation that you will be using your MemberCard.
  • 3. What is the best way to stay up-to-date with my benefits?
There are several ways you can remain up-to-date with your benefits. You can check benefits online at, where you can also sign up to receive weekly benefit alert emails notifying you of changes with benefits. Also, the MemberCard Mobile App and MemberCard Hotline (888) 727-4411 are updated as frequently as well.
  • 4. How many times can I use each benefit?
Unless otherwise stated, all benefits are single use only.
  • 5. Is the MemberCard honored on holidays or with specials?
The MemberCard is not valid on any major US or Canadian holiday, including Canada Day, New Year's Eve, Martin Luther King Day, Valentine's Day, Presidents Day, St. Patrick's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Remembrance Day, Victoria Day, Thanksgiving, Boxing Day, and Christmas Eve and Day. The MemberCard is also not valid in conjunction with other specials (Early Bird Specials, etc.), discount offers (such as senior citizen discounts), or coupons. Please contact the benefit provider in advance to determine if there are any additional usage restrictions.
  • 6. How many MemberCards may be presented for a group?
Unless otherwise noted, no more than three MemberCards may be used in any one group. A separate MemberCard must be presented for each discount.
  • 7. How much should I tip?
For satisfactory service, please tip the standard 15-20% based on the total check before any discount.
