  • 1. How do I get a MemberCard?
    The MemberCard is received as a benefit of membership from the organization you support when your donation has been received. Contact your participating organization to inquire.
  • 2. Need to make a change to your donation or membership details?
    Your donation and membership details are handled by the organization you support. Contact your local organization to inquire about or make changes to your membership details including cancellation, changing your payment method, address updates, thank you gifts, etc.
  • 3. Where can I find the contact information for my local organization?
    The contact information for your local organization is located on the inside cover of the Directory of Membership Benefits sent with your MemberCard, to the right of MemberCard’s Customer Service phone number.
  • 4. Where can I find the MemberCard Mobile App?
    You can find the MemberCard mobile app in Google Play store or the Apple App Store, by searching MemberCard (all one word.) MemberCard is one of the first to display. If you are installing this on an iPad, you will need to search for the app by filtering “for iPhone only.” The app will not appear with your organization’s logo in the app stores.   • 5. Do I have to use the Mobile App to redeem offers?
    No, if your organization provides a plastic MemberCard and you prefer to present the card to redeem offers you can continue to do so. Please note some participating merchants do require your plastic card be presented; this will be noted in the offer details in these cases.
  • 6. How can I stay informed of benefit changes throughout the year?
    To increase the value of your MemberCard, benefits are added and updated on a regular basis. To view the latest benefit updates, head to our website, membercard.com and enter your state and organization. You can also download our mobile app to use instead of the plastic MemberCard.
  • 7. Is the MemberCard honored on holidays or with specials?
    The MemberCard is not valid on major US and Canadian holidays including all US Federal Holidays, Canada Day, New Year's Eve, Martin Luther King Day, Valentine's Day, Presidents Day, St. Patrick's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Remembrance Day, Victoria Day, Thanksgiving, Boxing Day, and Christmas Eve and Day. The MemberCard is also not valid in conjunction with other specials, special events, discount offers or coupons. Please contact the benefit provider in advance to determine if there are any additional usage restrictions.
  • 8. How many times can I use each benefit?
    Unless otherwise stated, all benefits are single use only.
  • 9. Who do I contact if I have difficulties using my MemberCard?
