The MemberCard Mobile App is the perfect complement to your plastic membership card. Use the free app when you are on the go to search for participating businesses, receive alerts about new merchants or special offers, and redeem discounts directly on your phone.


Using the MemberCard Mobile App FAQ

  • 1. Where do I find the Mobile App?
    You can find the MemberCard mobile app in Google Play store or the Apple App Store, by searching MemberCard (all one word.) MemberCard is one of the first to display and appears with an orange and blue logo. The app will not appear with your organization’s logo in the app stores.
  • 2. How do I install on an iPad?
    If you are installing this on an iPad, you will need to search for the app by filtering “for iPhone only.”
  • 3. Where is my access code?
    Most often your access code is located on the front of your plastic MemberCard. Access codes are alpha numeric and formatted as XXXXXXXX-XXX; the last three characters always numeric and the hyphen should be included when entering the code. Some organizations provide your access code in an email or letter rather than on your plastic MemberCard.
  • 4. Do I have to use the Mobile App to redeem offers?
    No! If your organization provides a plastic MemberCard and you prefer to present the card to redeem offers you can continue to do so. Please note some participating merchants do require your plastic card be presented; this will be noted in the offer details in these cases.
  • 5. How do I enter a new access code?
    Once logged in to the mobile app, click on the Settings "gear" in the top right-hand corner, tap ‘Add Access Code’, enter access code and tap the ‘Save’ button.
  • 6. How do I update my expired Access Code?
    Navigate to Settings within the MemberCard mobile app, tap on the name of the organization you are a member of and enter the new access code in the access code field and tap the ‘Save’ button.
  • 7. Why is the app not recognizing my access code?
    Please confirm you are entering the entire access code, including the hyphen and last three digits. If you have entered the code in entirety and are still experiencing difficulty, please reach out us at 800-423-7645 or
  • 8. I am on a monthly sustaining plan; will I automatically receive a new Access Code each year?
    If you contribute on a monthly basis, your organization may automatically send a new access code each year. Please contact your organization to confirm.
  • 9. I am a member of more than one participating organization; can I enter multiple access codes?
    Yes! You can enter multiple access codes if you have multiple MemberCard access codes Click on the Settings "gear" in the top right-hand corner, tap ‘Add Access Code’, enter access code and tap save.
  • 10. How do I filter search results?
    Tap ‘Filter’ at the top of the app screen to bring up the menu of options. Tap on the category you wish to view and the associated offers will populate for you.
  • 11. Why are the offers in my app greyed out?
    Please confirm your access code has not yet expired. If it is current, you may find it helpful to uninstall & reinstall the app. If your code has expired and you have not received an updated access code please contact your participating organization.
  • 12. How do I turn on/off location settings in the Mobile App? (iPhone)
    Navigate to iPhone Settings, Privacy and then Location Services. Scroll down to find the MemberCard App from the list of Apps. Tap the app once you've located it and select the appropriate option (Never, While Using The App or Always)
  • 13. How do I turn on/off location settings in the Mobile App? (Android)
    Navigate to your phone’s Settings app. Tap location, then App permission (if you don’t see ‘location’, tap ‘security and location’, then tap location Under ”Allowed all the time" and “Allowed only while in use,” view the apps that can use your phone's location. To change the app's permissions, tap it, then choose the location access for the app.
  • 14. How can I stay informed of benefit changes throughout the year?
    To increase the value of your MemberCard, benefits are added and substituted on a regular basis. Head to, select your home state and organization to sign up for benefit alerts. You can also call our Benefit Hotline at 1-888-727-4411.
