1. Where can I find the Digital MemberCard, and how do I get the access code to activate it?
You can find the Digital MemberCard mobile app in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store by searching for “MemberCard” (as one word). The app is one of the first to appear and has the teal and white MemberCard logo, not your organization’s logo. The access code to activate the Digital MemberCard is provided as a benefit of membership from the organization you support after your qualifying donation has been processed. 2. I am on a monthly sustaining plan; will I automatically receive a new access code each year?
If you contribute monthly, your organization may automatically send a new access code each year. Please contact your organization to confirm.
3. How do I make a change to my donation or membership details?
Your donation and membership details are handled by the organization you support. Contact the organization to inquire about or make changes to your membership details, including changing your payment method, address updates, thank you gifts, cancellation, etc.
4. What if I don't have a smartphone or don’t want to use the Digital MemberCard?
You can still sign up at the membercard.enjoymydeals.com website to make use of national and online benefits that interest you. You’ll just need the first eight characters of your access code to sign into this website. Alternatively, you may gift your access code to a family or household member to use the Digital MemberCard on their smartphone.
5. How can I stay informed of benefit changes throughout the year?
To increase the value of your MemberCard, benefits are added and updated on a regular basis. The Digital MemberCard is updated throughout the day. You can also visit our website, MemberCard.com and select your state and organization.
6. Is the MemberCard honored on holidays or with specials?
The MemberCard is not valid on major US and Canadian holidays including all US Federal Holidays, Canada Day, New Year's Eve, Martin Luther King Day, Valentine's Day, Presidents Day, St. Patrick's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Remembrance Day, Victoria Day, Thanksgiving, Boxing Day, and Christmas Eve and Day. The MemberCard is also not valid in conjunction with other specials, special events, discount offers or coupons. Please contact the benefit provider in advance to determine if there are any additional usage restrictions.
7. How many times can I use each benefit?
Unless otherwise stated, all benefits are one-time use only.
8. How can I suggest a merchant for the MemberCard program?
Send an email to suggestions@membercard.com with the name of the business as well as the city and state of the location. If possible, include a street address, website and/or phone number.
9. Who do I contact if I have difficulties using my MemberCard?
